About Me

I'm Adarsh Mishra — a full-stack, mobile and AI developer at IIT Kharagpur. I take products from first requirements through to production support. Solo on most builds, with a dedicated team when one needs more hands.

    Principles

    What I care about.

    Ownership

I treat every build like it ships under my own name — because it does.

    Craft

Clean architecture and readable code, not just working demos.

    Speed

Weekly, demoable progress. No disappearing for a month.

    Clarity

You always know what is built, what is next, and why.

    Reliability

If something's going to slip, you hear it before the deadline, not after.

    Transparency

Progress, blockers, and decisions stay visible — never a black-box week.

    Engagement

    How we'd work together.

01Full product buildIdea to production, one person owning the whole stack.
    • Research and scope the riskiest assumption first, not the full wishlist.
    • Architecture, UI/UX, and build in demoable weekly increments.
    • QA, launch, and staged rollout handled end to end — not handed off at the demo.
02Feature or sprint workDrop into an existing codebase and ship a defined feature.
    • Fixed-scope sprints with a clear definition of done.
    • Works inside your existing stack, conventions, and review process.
    • Clean handoff notes so your team can maintain it after I leave.
03Technical audit & fixSomething is broken, slow, or hard to maintain — find out why and fix it.
    • Codebase and architecture review with a prioritized, honest fix list.
    • Hands-on remediation, not just a report you have to action yourself.
    • A clear before/after on the specific problem you came in with.
04Ongoing supportRetainer-style help after launch: bug fixes, small features, monitoring.
    • Monthly retainer or as-needed — whichever matches your release rhythm.
    • The same person who wrote the code is the one maintaining it.
    • Response-time expectations agreed upfront, not discovered during an incident.

    FAQ

    Quick answers about Adarsh Mishra.

The questions people usually ask before reaching out — answered up front.

    Who is Adarsh Mishra?

I'm Adarsh Mishra, a full-stack, mobile and AI developer at IIT Kharagpur. I build scalable mobile applications, web platforms, AI-powered products, workflow automation systems, and production business websites.

    What do you specialize in?

React Native and Flutter mobile apps, Next.js and React websites/SaaS, NestJS backends, Gemini and computer-vision AI features, Chrome extensions, and n8n/Zapier automation pipelines.

What makes you different from other freelance app developers in India?

An IIT Kharagpur engineering background, plus hands-on delivery across five domains — mobile apps, AI/computer vision, browser extensions, automation, and production websites/SaaS — instead of specializing in only one. There are production apps live on the Play Store and enterprise client sites in daily use, and I take a project end to end: architecture, build, deployment, and support. That is what matters if you're comparing freelance app developers in India for a real product build rather than a prototype.

Where are you based, and do you take remote projects?

I'm based in Kharagpur, West Bengal, India (IIT Kharagpur) and work with clients remotely worldwide. Every engagement runs fully remote with regular calls and demos, so location is never a constraint.

    How do I hire you?

Email me at adarsh.composit@gmail.com or use the contact form on https://www.adarshmishraiitkgp.co.in. I'm open to full-time, internship, freelance, and product-build work.

Do you work solo, or is there a team?

Both, depending on the engagement. Most projects run with me as the sole developer, end to end. For larger builds that need more hands or deeper specialization, I bring in a dedicated team I already work with: a CTO for technical leadership, a strategy and consulting lead, and an ML/DL specialist. Either way, I'm the one you talk to and the one accountable for delivery.
